Wyatt Toolson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Wyatt currently serves as the Co-Founder and Head of Capital Markets at EV Realty since January 2022.

Prior to this, Wyatt worked at First Solar for several years, starting as a Manager in Project Finance in March 2014 and progressing to Senior Manager, Director, and Vice President roles in the same department. In these positions, they led a Project Finance team focused on North and South America, raising nearly $10 billion of capital for various projects and executing multiple deal transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining First Solar, Wyatt worked as an Associate in Investment Structuring at Chevron Energy Solutions in 2013 and as an Associate at Skyview Capital in 2012.

Wyatt pursued their MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they also worked as a Summer Associate in Technology M&A at Merrill Lynch in 2012.

Prior to their MBA, Wyatt gained experience as a Senior Research Analyst at The Brattle Group from 2007 to 2011. In this role, they were promoted multiple times and managed teams while providing consulting services in economics, finance, and regulation.

Wyatt started their professional career at Harvey Mudd College, holding various positions such as Senior Interviewer, Tutor and Grader, and Mathematics REU Student from 2004 to 2007. As a Mathematics REU Student, they conducted research on locust swarming models, which was published as part of a collaborative effort.

Wyatt Toolson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Harvey Mudd College, spanning from 2003 to 2007. Wyatt later pursued their MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, from 2011 to 2013.
