Allan Mell is an experienced aviation consultant and director at AEM (Aerospace Repair & Delivery Solutions) Ltd, where responsibilities include providing independent technical consultancy, conducting aircraft and engine technical inspections, and performing technical record reviews since February 2010. Additionally, Allan has held various roles with Eurowings, including Technical Representative for the A320 Family and for the BAe146/CRJ200/700/900, and has been the Base Maintenance Technical Representative for Germanwings GmbH since November 2016, focusing on A319/A320 Base Maintenance checks. Previously, Allan served as Continuing Airworthiness Manager at Flightline Ltd from 2008 to 2009. Education was completed at Howden from 1983 to 1988.
