Andrew Tomlins has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Business Director and previously as Operations Manager at Eurovia UK since August 2016. In these roles, Andrew is responsible for the delivery of civil engineering projects from initial involvement to completion and for driving strategic business development across the South of England. Additionally, Andrew held the position of Divisional Manager at Eurovia Surfacing from July 2019 to January 2024. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth, earned between 1993 and 1998.
