Elena Mironova is an experienced Engineering Project Manager at Eurotech, leading a project team in the development of embedded computing systems, including gateways and intelligent sensors, from conceptualization to manufacturing since March 2016. Prior to this role, Elena served as Production Director at Cresston Company from October 2012 to March 2016, where leadership involved overseeing a large portfolio of 150-200 projects monthly, managing key aspects such as schedule, scope, budget, and risk while developing technical solutions. Elena holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Project Management from the University of Building and Architecture and Master's degrees in Data Measuring Systems and Management of Foreign Economic Activity from the National Technical University of Ukraine, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Metrology and Measurement Systems.
