Mehdi SHAKI is a seasoned professional in engineering and lean manufacturing with extensive experience in the automotive and electronics industries. Currently serving as the Engineering & Lean Manufacturing Morocco Sites Manager at Eurostyle Systems since March 2020, Mehdi SHAKI plays a key role in implementing the Excellence Production System and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple sites. Previously, Mehdi SHAKI held management positions in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing at TE Connectivity, STMicroelectronics, and UTC Aerospace Systems, where responsibilities included training teams, developing strategic roadmaps, and optimizing production processes. Mehdi SHAKI holds a Master's degree in industrial systems engineering from Université de Metz and a state engineering degree in industrial engineering and logistics from ENSA Tanger.
