Vincent LEMERCIER has extensive experience in supply chain and industrial management, currently serving as Directeur Supply Chain at Eurosérum (Coopérative Sodiaal) since December 2020. Prior to this role, Vincent LEMERCIER was responsible for the transformation of the Pôle Ingrédient at SODIAAL from June 2018 to December 2020 and held the position of Directeur Site Industriel at Eurosérum from September 2002 to September 2018, overseeing multi-site industrial operations in milk powder and whey production.
