Chiara Quaia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the finance and payments industry. Currently serving as SVP Market Development Travel and previously as VP Business Development Travel at Mastercard since January 2019, Chiara has demonstrated expertise in B2B payment solutions and strategic client relationship management. As a Country Ambassador for the European Women Payments Network since April 2018, Chiara advocates for women's roles in the payment sector. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Amadeus IT Group, focusing on commercial processes and business development in travel payments, as well as managerial roles at Banco Santander and AirPlus International. Chiara holds a Bachelor of Art and Science degree in International Relations from London Metropolitan University.
