Aura De Biase serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at European Wax Center, bringing extensive experience in talent development and corporate learning. Additionally, Aura has held the position of Training Manager in Learning & Development within Human Resources at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Florida International University.
