Simone Pieri has a distinguished career with the European External Action Service, serving as Principal Administrator and Open Source Analyst since July 2021. Previously, Simone held various pivotal roles within the organization, including Deputy Head of Delegation at the EU Delegation in Cambodia from June 2018 to June 2020 and Principal Administrator from September 2014 to June 2018. Additionally, Simone led the Political and Press Section at the EU Delegation in Brazil from August 2010 to August 2014. Prior professional experience includes a position as Administrator with the European Commission from October 1995 to August 2010.
