Rastislav Kovac is a seasoned expert in law enforcement training and cybercrime prevention, currently serving as a Cybercrime Training Officer at the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL). Previous positions include Senior Vetting Officer at the EU Advisory Mission Ukraine, Head of the Intelligence Led Policing Unit at the European Union Police Mission in Afghanistan, and Anti-Terrorism Trainer at JIPTC Jordan. Rastislav Kovac has also led inspection teams during the European Union Police Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law in Criminal Justice/Police Science and a Master's degree in the same field, both obtained from the Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava.
