Rita Patalavičienė is a seasoned leadership expert and coach with extensive experience in education and social services. Currently serving as a Leadership Expert at the European Social Fund Agency since June 2006, Rita also leads a team of Project Managers and promotes coaching culture within organizations. As a Business Trainer for Triple O Consulting and a Freelance Personal Growth and Organizational Development Coach, Rita focuses on individual and team development. Previous roles include President of ICF Lithuania and Head of Social Assistance Division at Respublikinis priklausomybės ligų centras. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology and specialized training in Coaching Essentials.
