Karolina Zakarauskaite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, mental health initiatives, and the arts. As a Diversity and Inclusion Expert at the European Social Fund Agency since December 2021, Karolina oversees the Inclusion component of the National Advancement Programme, managing a budget of 210 million euros.
