Erika Borg currently serves as Senior Manager at the Ministry for Social Policy and Children's Rights since June 2024 and works as a Thematic Expert on Migrant Integration at the European Social Fund Agency. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Project Coordinator within the Human Rights Directorate, Program Officer at the Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants, and Junior Professional Delegate at the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey. Erika's expertise extends to monitoring and human rights advocacy, having worked with the Danish Refugee Council and aditus foundation. Academic credentials include multiple Master's degrees in Human Rights, Gender, and Cultural Studies from the University of Malta, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a B.A. in Tourism Studies.
