Rodrigo Gutierrez Dominguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research program administration and project management. Currently serving as Head of Sector at the European Research Executive Agency since April 2017, Rodrigo is involved in coordinating calls for the MSCA SNLS initiative. Prior to this role, Rodrigo worked at the European Railway Agency as a Project Officer, managing interoperability projects. Rodrigo's career includes significant positions at ADIF, where responsibilities included leading urban management initiatives and overseeing the deployment of new information systems in Spain's high-speed network. Early career experiences include project management roles at Soluziona and INECO-TIFSA, alongside academic contributions as a Teaching Assistant and PhD candidate at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
