Leandro Guimaraes Antonio has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leandro began their career as a Support Technician at Unimed Campinas, where they coordinated a team and was responsible for system installation, training, and support. Leandro then worked as a System Developer at CPqD Telecom & IT Solutions, where they developed new features and patches for billing systems.

In their role at CPqD Telecom & IT Solutions, Antonio also worked as a Support and Deploy Analyst, coordinating billing cycles, fixing billing problems, and supporting American Telecom Companies. Leandro later joined Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Customer Relationship Manager, where they gathered requirements, specified new features and managed small to medium-sized projects.

Antonio then moved to CI&T where they worked as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements and specifying a billing/invoicing system for a logistics company. Leandro also controlled project budget and schedule. Leandro then joined Altran as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, managing software development projects and occasionally gathering requirements from users worldwide.

Within Altran, Antonio also took on the role of Software Engineering Practice Lead, responsible for sustaining business actions, ensuring intervention quality and aligning company workforces. Leandro then moved to the European Commission, initially as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, managing software development projects involving HR. Leandro ensured projects were delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.

At the European External Action Service, Antonio worked as Portfolio Manager and Project Manager Lead, where they managed the portfolio, supported project definition, followed up on project statuses, risks, and issues, and assisted in mitigating risks. Leandro also assessed portfolio impacts in cases of overspending or slippage.

Most recently, Antonio returned to the European Commission as a Project Portfolio Manager and Project Managers Lead, where they continue to manage projects and portfolios.

Leandro Guimaraes Antonio has an education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Between 2012 and 2014, they attended Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where they obtained an Executive Master in IT Management. In 2007, they completed an Extension Course in Requirements Planning and Project Management for Business Analysts at UC Irvine. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they studied System Analysis and obtained a Graduation degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
