Cristian Avram, CBAP, has extensive experience in business analysis and project management, currently serving as a Business Analyst at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control since May 2009. Key responsibilities include enterprise analysis, requirements elicitation, solution verification, and business process optimization. Prior to this role, Cristian held senior positions such as Senior Knowledge Manager at TechTeam Global, where corporate knowledge management was implemented, and Project Manager/General Director at the State Department of Economy and Finance, focusing on Total Quality Management and delivering training to over 2,000 individuals. Cristian also contributed as a Business Analyst at Honeywell International.
