Sarah Bessmann

Sarah Bessmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarah started their career as a Product Marketing Manager at American Express from August 2004 to January 2005. Sarah then moved to SFR and worked as a Product Marketing Manager from July 2005 to June 2006. Sarah joined VISEO in September 2006 and held various roles, including Consultant - Digital & Strategy and Manager - Digital & Strategy, until March 2016. During their time at VISEO, they managed teams, led digital strategies and projects, and worked with clients such as Orange and ZEturf.fr.

In April 2016, Sarah joined Europcar Mobility Group as the Group Head of Mobile until July 2017. Sarah then took on the role of Group Head of Customer Satisfaction from July 2017 to June 2019, where they implemented a strategic program to improve customer experience and established the Customer Satisfaction department. Sarah became the Group Sales & Marketing Performance Director from July 2019 to October 2020, responsible for monitoring and steering performance in revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. Sarah then served as the Group Head of Southern Region Business Development from October 2020 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Loyalty & Customer Intelligence Director at Europcar Mobility Group from December 2021. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated their expertise in driving customer-centric strategies, managing teams, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.

Sarah Bessmann obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2002 to 2005. Sarah also completed a Licenciatura de Economia in Economics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2005. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Prépa HEC - Lycée Carnot in Paris from 2000 to 2002. Sarah also holds additional certifications, including the Leader3 Ready® executive assessment from DDI | Development Dimensions International obtained in 2019, and Communication & Leadership training from Dale Carnegie Training.
