Claudia Pando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international partner development and support management within the Europcar Mobility Group since November 2016. Currently serving as the International Partner Development Support Manager, Claudia leads an international team, acts as the primary contact for franchisees, and oversees the onboarding of new countries while launching innovative solutions such as car sharing. Previous roles include Partner Support and Training Manager, where support was provided for over 100 international franchisees. Claudia's earlier experience includes positions at Europcar International focusing on data control and contract management, as well as administrative roles at CAF Yvelines and Cachibaches Inc. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Latin American Languages from Université Paris Nanterre, a Master's degree in International Business from UCAM, a diploma in Applied Foreign Languages, and a diploma in Social Sciences from The Open University.
