Sonja Kroenung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and corporate finance. Currently serving as Leiterin Learning & Talent Development at EUROGROUP CONSULTING Deutschland since 2007, Sonja previously held the position of Senior Managerin at the same company from 1999 to 2006. Before joining EUROGROUP CONSULTING, Sonja worked at Deutsche Bank AG in various roles, including Transactor Leveraged Finance and Kundenbetreuerin für Firmenkunden, from 1992 to 1999. Sonja's educational background includes a degree as a Systemischer Business Coach from Munich Business School (2018-2019) and studies at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (1990-1992), along with training at Deutsche Bank AG (1987-1989).
