Matteo Tonon is currently the Chief Technical Officer of the Energy Efficiency Department at Eurogroup Electrical Synergies, a position held since August 2015. In this role, Matteo leads a team focused on energy efficiency projects and energy management across industrial and public sectors, overseeing project financing, energy diagnostics, white certificates, and efficient user systems. Previous experience includes an internship at Energy Project S.r.l. in early 2015, centered on energy efficiency training, and another internship at Eurogroup S.p.A. in late 2014, which contributed to the master's thesis on energy retrofitting opportunities for public lighting. Matteo holds a Master's Degree in Energy Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova and a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Engineering from the same institution, along with a Scientific High School Diploma from Liceo Statale Duca degli Abruzzi di Treviso.
