Jean-Luc Raoult has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jean-Luc began their career as a plant manager at Milliken & Company, where they were responsible for strategical and operational industrial development. After working in various roles and companies, including Cost-House and Manzaconsulting, they joined Oska conseil in 2011 as a senior consultant and later became a managing partner. Jean-Luc then worked at Oska conseil as a senior consultant until 2013 before joining Manzaconsulting as a managing partner. In 2016, they moved to Oska conseil again, this time as a senior consultant, focusing on continuous improvement implementation and project management. In 2018, they joined EUROGERM as the Industrial & Quality Director and later became the Manufacturing, Quality & Safety Group Director in 2021.

Jean-Luc Raoult attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1977 to 1980, where they studied Structural Engineering. Jean-Luc also obtained Accounting certificates from ESSEC IMD Paris, although the specific dates are not provided.
