Christian Hautman is an experienced manufacturing and plant management professional with a robust background in leading operations and developmental projects. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Eurofit Group since October 2022, Christian previously held roles including Senior Plant Manager at AGP eGlass, where leadership was provided in a challenging environment, and Senior VPC Manager at AEC, focusing on the homologation of premium American cars. With extensive experience at TI Fluid Systems as New Facility Development Manager, Christian oversaw the design and construction of manufacturing sites across Europe, South Africa, and Mexico, while also managing plant readiness and technical infrastructure. Prior experience with TI Automotive as Satellite Development Manager included responsibility for multiple JIS sites and plant development initiatives.
