Lynsey Cockburn is an experienced professional in the field of analytical chemistry, holding the position of Chemistry Manager and Team Leader at Eurofins since July 2016. In this role, Lynsey leads ICP-MS analysis for pharmaceutical products and APIs, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and GMP standards. Responsibilities also include managing client communications, preparing reports, writing SOPs, performing QC checks, and training junior staff. Prior to Eurofins, Lynsey served as a Lead ICP-MS Analyst at Exova Group Limited and gained valuable experience as a Senior Scientist at Charles River Laboratories, where expertise in HPLC, UPLC, GC, and ICP-OES analysis was developed. Lynsey's early career included a summer placement as a Crime Scene Investigator at the Fife Police Department. Lynsey holds a BSc Hons degree in Forensic Science from Abertay University.
