Konstantinos Haritos has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR. KONSTANTINOS started their career at WIND Hellas in 2002, where they served as a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator, implementing and reviewing bonus schemes, salary reviews, and benefit schemes. KONSTANTINOS also analyzed compensation surveys and suggested salary ranges for recruitment. In 2004, they became a Selection & Development Specialist, conducting assessment centers, interviewing and evaluating candidates for various positions, and designing a performance appraisal system.

In 2007, Konstantinos joined Eurobank as a Senior Selection & Development Officer. KONSTANTINOS conducted selection programs, designed competency-based interview guides, and participated in mass staff redeployment programs. Later, they became an HR Line Senior Professional, where they monitored workforce planning, assisted business units with HR issues, and provided guidance in reorganizations.

From 2016 to 2020, Konstantinos served as an HR Business Partner at Eurobank, participating and coordinating HR actions on transformation and restructuring projects. KONSTANTINOS also designed and implemented a functional roles framework and actively worked on the attraction and retention program.

In April 2020, they were promoted to Head of HR Business Partnering at Eurobank, responsible for international operations, private banking, and support units. Their role involves driving HR strategy and initiatives, collaborating with business managers on HR plans and solutions.

Konstantinos Haritos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The American College of Greece, which they completed between 1995 and 2000. KONSTANTINOS also obtained a Master of Science degree in Total Quality Management from the University of Stirling between 2000 and 2001.
