Sophia Soumelidu has extensive experience in the billing and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Billing Executive and previously as a Billing Specialist at Euro Jet Intercontinental Ltd. since November 2017. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as a Customer Service Specialist at GO! Express & Logistics s.r.o. from March 2016 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include an Engineer degree in Airline Management and a Bachelor's degree in Air Transportation Services in the Tourism Industry, both obtained from Vysoká škola obchodní v Praze.
