Steven Minja is an accomplished finance and human resources professional with a robust background in various sectors. Currently serving as a Trade Finance Specialist at Euro Exim Bank and Finance Manager at Nexan Technologies since July 2023, Steven also provides consultancy services as a Financial Business Consultant for Sabbah Engineering Group. Past roles include HR Business Partner and Business Development Operations at ITM Tanzania Ltd, as well as Projects Executive Coordinator at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group. Steven has expertise in human resources gained through positions at John Deere's, The HR Experts Ltd, Corus International, and HR Solutions, and has a strong foundation in customer service from a brief tenure at NBC Tanzania.
