Olesya Melnyk began their work experience in 2017 at LITS [Lviv IT School] where they held the roles of Administrator from April 2017 to December 2017 and Chief Back Office from January 2018 to June 2018. Olesya then joined Euristiq in 2018 as a Recruiter.

Olesya Melnyk attended the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2012 to 2016. During this period, they did not specify a degree or a field of study.
