Eric Janssen has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and technical support fields, primarily in video surveillance technology. Currently serving as a Senior Sales and Support Engineer and Sales and Support Manager at EURESYS since August 2008, Eric focuses on technical specifications and customer support. Prior roles include Senior Technical Support Engineer and Field Application Manager at Euresys Inc from January 1998 to June 2008, as well as a Software Engineer at DINH Telecom S.A. from August 1996 to January 1998. Eric Janssen holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HEPL and an Associate's Degree in Engineering from the University of Liège.
