Alan Miles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alan started their career at Lloyds TSB as an Internet Banking Helpdesk Agent from November 2005 to June 2007. In June 2007, they joined Eureka Solutions (Scotland) Ltd as a Marketing Assistant/Account Manager. Alan then moved on to become a Sage Product Specialist from August 2008 to August 2010. Following that, they worked as a Solution Consultant from September 2010 to September 2015, and then as a Senior Solution Consultant from October 2015 to December 2020. From December 2020 to June 2023, they served as the NetSuite Sales Director. Currently, they are working as the Commercial Director at Eureka Solutions (Scotland) Ltd.

Alan Miles completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Modern Languages, with a specialization in Marketing and French, at the University of Strathclyde from 2001 to 2006. In 2004 to 2005, they also participated in an ERASMUS exchange program at TBS Education, focusing on International Business.
