Rosie Allan completed their Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science/Org. Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in MIS/Economics from Old Dominion University from 1982 to 1986.
