Monika Brodmann Maeder is a seasoned professional in the field of emergency medicine with extensive experience. Since 2015, Monika has held the position of Senior Researcher at EURAC Research, focusing on accidental hypothermia, mountain rescue, and high altitude medicine at the Institute of Mountain Emergency Medicine. Concurrently, Monika has been a senior consultant and head of International Education in Emergency Medicine at Inselspital Bern since September 2006. Previously, Monika served as Oberärztin at REHAB Basel from 1999 to 2002. Monika completed a degree in Humanmedizin at the University of Basel between 1981 and 1987.
