Maurizio Gretter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. From 2012 onwards, they worked at Eurac Research, initially as an Event Manager from October 2012 to November 2016. Maurizio then transitioned to the position of Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione / Facility Management from November 2016 to November 2017. Subsequently, they took on the role of Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione / Facility Management from November 2017 to August 2020. Since August 2020, they have been serving as the Head of Health, Safety & Environment at Eurac Research. Prior to their time at Eurac Research, Maurizio worked at Artemide, where they held the positions of Supply Chain Analyst from March 2006 to March 2007 and Product Manager from April 2007 to March 2011.

Maurizio Gretter completed their education with two notable periods of study. From 1995 to 2000, they attended Liceo Scientifico, though it is unclear what field of study they pursued during this time.
