Luca Cetara is a distinguished academic and researcher with extensive experience in sustainable development, environmental economics, and policy. Currently serving as a Faculty Lecturer at LUM School of Management since January 2023, Luca teaches Sustainable Development and Sustainability Management within MSc programs. Since 2010, Luca has held various lecturer roles at the European School of Economics, covering topics such as economics for business, environmental economics, and corporate responsibility. As a Senior Researcher at Eurac Research since 2004, Luca has focused on the economic impacts of droughts and sustainable development practices in the Alpine region. Engagement with the Italian Ministry for the Environment includes providing scientific support on sustainable development policies, while involvement with Fondazione Lombardia per l'Ambiente entails leading research on ecosystem services and climate risk adaptation. Luca holds a Master's degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from the University of Camerino, among other qualifications.
