Tatiana Paulino has a diverse work experience in the field of spacecraft operations and engineering. Tatiana is currently employed at EUMETSAT as a Spacecraft Operations Engineer since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Telespazio as a Spacecraft Operations Engineer from November 2021 to January 2023. Tatiana also contributed their expertise at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) as an AOCS engineer from October 2015 to August 2021. Additionally, Tatiana has experience working as a Spacecraft Operations Engineer/Simulations Officer at SCISYS from February 2011 to September 2015. Tatiana began their career as a Portuguese trainee at ESOC in February 2009 and continued until January 2011.

Tatiana Paulino earned a Master's degree in Space Engineering in the Space Mission Design profile from TU Delft, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.
