Julien Rogissart has a strong background in satellite operations, with experience at both Eumetsat and THALES ALENIA SPACE. At Eumetsat, they worked on operations for Meteosat and Metop satellites, as well as the Copernicus (Sentinel-3) Satellite System. Julien also played a role in supporting the preparation of new programme operations. Prior to that, at THALES ALENIA SPACE, Julien served as a Satellites Operations Manager from February 2001 to September 2004. Julien also worked as a Satellites Operations Engineer from January 1997 to January 2001.

Julien Rogissart earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Aerospace from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile's Space Department. Julien attended the institution from 1992 to 1997.
