Ivancevic Lidija has a diverse work experience. Ivancevic started working at Mercator-S d.o.o. in November 2015 as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Assistant in June 2016. In October 2016, they joined PrimeVigilance d.o.o. as a Senior Pharmacovigilance Assistant, where they worked until October 2018. Ivancevic then moved to Amgen in September 2019 as an Admin Coordinator, and remained in that role until March 2021. Currently, they are working at EUMETSAT as a Meeting Assistant and Document Management Support.

From 2010 to 2015, Ivancevic Lidija attended the University of Belgrade, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security.
