Christine Bastin has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Study Coordinator Assistant at Eli Lilly and Company before becoming a Packaging Instructions and Label Processing Supervisor. Christine also worked as an Outsourcing Coordinator at the same company.
In 2001, Christine joined EORTC as a Pharmacovigilance Manager, where they managed safety information for various studies and ensured compliance with protocols and timelines. Christine later assumed the role of Assistant Head of Pharmacovigilance Unit, assisting the Head in various activities and training new managers and personnel.
In 2017, Christine worked as a Sales and Service Specialist at TESSA, before joining Belesencia in 2018 as the General Manager. At Belesencia, they founded a startup focused on promoting the use of essential oils for various health issues.
From 2019 to 2022, Christine worked at EORTC as a Pharmacovigilance Manager, overseeing safety information and managing studies. Currently, they are serving as a Pharmacovigilance Officer and Compliance Coordinator at Eumedica Pharmaceuticals SA, where they are responsible for managing PV cases and ensuring compliance with promotional activities.
Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated strong organizational and management skills, as well as expertise in pharmacovigilance and compliance.
Christine Bastin began their education in 1991 at the Université de Namur, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General. Christine attended this institution until 1993. Subsequently, from 1993 to 1996, they studied at the University of Liège, where they obtained a Licence in Biology, General.
