Derek Barry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Policy Management for the Northern Europe Region at Allianz Trade since April 2023, Derek has also held the position of Senior Project Manager at Euler Hermes UK & Ireland since July 2021. Derek has been contributing to Euler Hermes since September 2008 as the Manager of the World Collections Network, where responsibilities include managing cooperation between global collections offices and overseeing the selection and management of non-Euler Hermes worldwide collections partners. Derek's career began in 1990 as Operations Director at Credit Solutions Ltd, continuing until 2009. Derek holds a degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where studies were completed between 1980 and 1986.
