As Founder of Bell Rock Group since July 2012, David has served as an independent director for multiple Cayman Islands investment funds, providing expertise in regulatory, accounting, and financial matters. In addition, David holds the position of Principal at CV5 Capital, specializing in hedge fund and digital asset fund management. Prior roles include Independent Director at Walkers, Director at Citi’s Multi-Asset Fund Structuring Trading Desk, and legal counsel at BNP Paribas. David's educational background includes an MBA from the University of London and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wales, Cardiff, among other qualifications.
