Brittany Mortensen, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various organizations. Currently serving at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) as a Human Resources partner since December 2022, Brittany provides advanced HR guidance to management. Prior to that, Brittany held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Community Care Partners, where initiatives focused on cultivating a positive work environment were developed. Brittany's career also includes significant roles at Oregon Medical Group, including HR Manager, where leadership development and organizational communication were prioritized. Brittany holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bushnell University.
