As Managing Partner of Eugene Burger Management Corporation of Auburn, CA, Karen J. Brigg has oversight responsibilities for an extensive portfolio of common-interest community associations, conventional apartments, single family home rentals, office, industrial and retail assets for clients of EBMC in both Auburn and the Sacramento region.

Ms. Brigg has established a reputation and is recognized as a professional in common-interest community association management. Is actively involved in state legislation both in California and Nevada.

Professional Experience: 1980—Began career in property management industry working for Eugene Burger Management Corporation in Reno, Nevada. 1986—1996 Property Manager for Real Properties, Ltd. Performed duties of property manager specializing in common interest communities and later advancing to Residential Vice President for Real Properties, Ltd. 1996—Rejoined Eugene Burger Management Corporation as Regional Vice President of Nevada with more than sixteen years experience in management of all residential property types.

Education: Two (2) Years Sierra College, Four (4) Years University of Reno, Nevada Business and Education. Licensed Real Estate Broker-Salesman, State of Nevada; Licensed Real Estate Salesman, State of California. Successfully completed numerous real estate and property management related courses over the years. Periodically teaches industry courses. Professional affiliations with Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Community Association Institute (CAI), Northern Nevada Apartment Association (NNAA). Actively participates in several industry organizations. Served on the Board for Northern Nevada Apartment Association as President 1985-1986. Actively lobbies in Nevada on legislative issues affecting the Real Estate industry.

Karen Brigg was honored to be a Nevada State Commissioner appointed by the Governor for Common-Interest Community properties.
