Sean Kim is Underwriter, Vice President at Euclid Transactional. He joined Euclid Transactional from Ropes & Gray's New York office where he was an Associate in the Private Capital Transactions practice group. Prior to Ropes, Sean was an Associate at Sidley Austin in their M&A and PE practice group. While at Sidley, Sean completed a legal secondment with the Global Equities team at Deutsche Bank. Sean received his JD from New York University School of Law and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
