Jeff Lash is Tax Underwriter, Vice President at Euclid Transactional. Jeff joined us from Covington & Burling LLC, where he advised clients in a wide range of industries on complex and high-stakes federal income tax issues. Jeff has particular expertise with outbound international tax issues arising in connection with cross-border reorganizations. He also has significant experience with inbound international and wholly domestic tax planning. Before working at Covington, Jeff clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School. He also holds an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
