Edwin Wong is a Vice President at Euclid Transactional, based in its London office. He is responsible for underwriting M&A deals taking the benefit of transactional liability insurance across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining the team, Edwin spent over six years at the international law firm Clifford Chance, where he focused on advising a range of corporates, financial investors/sponsors, and sovereign wealth funds on private M&A, joint venture, and strategic investment transactions and also undertook a secondment to the UK Government as an adviser to its Vaccine Taskforce. Prior to that position, he was an investment analyst at a London-headquartered private investment firm, where he worked on originating and executing buyouts of UK SMEs. Edwin graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
