Kina Lachica, CLDP, currently serves as the Customer Experience and Warehouse Manager at ettitude since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kina accumulated extensive experience at goFLUENT from May 2011 to March 2022, holding positions as Corporate Trainer and Trainer Manager. Earlier in the career, Kina worked at TELUS International Philippines from February 2009 to January 2011, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to Training Specialist. Kina's educational background includes studies at De La Salle University from 2006 to 2008.
