Christine Heller, PE, LEED AP BD C, currently serves as Lead Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Ettinger Engineering Associates, focusing on mid and high-rise mixed-use residential building design and project management with a commitment to green design initiatives like Passive Haus and LEED Homes. Previous experience includes roles at Cosentini Associates as an Associate and Mechanical Engineer, where expertise in residential and commercial HVAC design and project management was developed. Christine has also worked as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Dewberry, handling NYCHA projects and HVAC upgrades, and as a Project Engineer at RAND Engineering & Architecture, involved in HVAC and plumbing system design for condominiums.
