Minni Kanerva is a Senior UX Designer at Etteplan since January 2024, previously serving as a UX Designer at Vincit from July 2022 to December 2023, and at Motley Agency from January 2022 to June 2022 before its acquisition by Vincit. With extensive experience in creating digital products and services across B2B and B2C sectors, Minni has a strong focus on user needs and business requirements, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders in agile environments. Prior roles include UX Designer at Nokia, where work was centered on enterprise software in telecommunications, and Visual Interaction Designer at Movial, where the design of web and mobile services was emphasized. Early career experience includes a research trainee position at VTT, contributing to user research projects in ICT. Minni holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Strategic Design from Taideteollinen korkeakoulu and has furthered studies at prestigious institutions in Germany and France.
