Juha Näkki has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Juha began their career at Kvaerner Masa-Yards, where they held roles as a System Responsible Engineer and later as a Project Coordinator. Juha then moved on to Evac Group as a Sales Manager before joining KONE Corporation as a Marine Business Manager. Later on, they joined Etteplan, where they served as a Vice President before being promoted to President and CEO. Currently, they are a Board Member at Merima.

Juha Näkki has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
