Dan Blum is an experienced operations and customer support professional with a strong background in managing teams and driving operational efficiencies. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Support Operations at Etsy since June 2021, Dan has previously held several key positions at DonorsChoose from 2010 to 2021, including Interim Director of Customer Support and Director of Customer Support Analytics. Dan led substantial improvements in customer support metrics, implemented quality assurance processes, and optimized support systems, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and reduced resolution times. Dan’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at March of Dimes and Americorps, focusing on community development and education.
