Perrine Farges has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Perrine started their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Assistant at iDTGV, where they focused on assisting the outsourced call center, implementing process improvements, and handling communication during crisis situations.
In 2011, Perrine joined Bridgestreet Global Hospitality as a Guest Service Assistant, where they provided support to guests and ensured their satisfaction.
Perrine then moved on to Voyages-sncf.com and held various positions from 2012 to 2014, including Training and Quality Project Manager and Customer Care Operation Project Officer. In these roles, Perrine managed outsourced call centers, defined and controlled key performance indicators, and ensured high-quality customer service.
From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Oui.sncf as a Customer Care Project Manager, where they were responsible for operational management of outsourced call centers. Their role included coordinating calls for tender, implementing a multi-channel strategy, and managing transversal projects.
In 2018, Perrine took on the role of Taskforce contributor for Customer Care Transformation at Oui.sncf. Perrine focused on implementing strategic changes to improve customer care and experience, such as optimizing online procedures and enhancing the client information system.
Next, they joined Spotzer in 2018 as the Head of Client Services, where they led and managed client services operations.
Lastly, Perrine currently works at ETS Global B.V. as the Head of Customer Success, a role they assumed in 2023. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing customer success initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Throughout their career, Perrine has demonstrated skills in customer service management, coordination, training, quality assurance, and project management.
Perrine Farges has a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management, obtained from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2009. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2006, Perrine completed a Maîtrise in Territorial Management from Université Paris Nanterre. In 2003, Perrine also undertook a program in Scandinavian Geography at the University of Bergen (UiB) for one year.
